How CTBAPI works
- Request an account. Use the request form or our contact channels to tell us which platform you need.
- Confirm the requirements. Our team confirms availability, the details needed for setup and how to access the account.
- Confirm funding before transferring. Ask for the current USDT or USDC instructions, including the network, address, minimum amount, fees and withdrawal arrangements. Processing times vary.
- Use the platform and contact us for support. Betting takes place on the underlying platform under its rules. CTBAPI helps with account and funding questions in English and Chinese.

What CTBAPI does
Sharp betting platforms are often difficult to join directly. Some do not accept registrations from every country, some require a local payment method the customer does not have, and most offer no support in Chinese. CTBAPI exists to bridge that gap: we arrange access to established betting platforms and handle the account setup and funding around them.
The platforms we work with are:
- Pinnacle (ps3838.com) — soccer and general sports. Pinnacle is known for low margins, high limits, and a stated policy of not restricting winning accounts.
- CITIbet — a horse racing exchange widely used for Hong Kong racing, where you bet against other customers rather than a bookmaker.
- Great Wall (长城 / ct88.net) — offered primarily to Chinese-language customers.

What CTBAPI is not
This distinction matters, so we will be blunt about it. CTBAPI does not hold a bookmaker's licence, does not set odds, does not accept or settle bets, and does not operate a casino. Your bets are placed on the underlying platform, and that platform's terms govern them. We are the layer that gets you onto it and helps when something goes wrong.
We do not sell tipping services, guaranteed-win systems, or betting predictions. Anyone promising you a guaranteed profit from gambling is misleading you.
Who uses CTBAPI
Most of our customers are experienced bettors rather than casual punters — people who care about closing-line value, want limits that will not be cut after a winning week, and who already know what an Asian handicap is. A large share are Chinese-speaking customers using the arbitrage and follow-betting vocabulary (打水, 扫货, 挂马, 跟单) that our Chinese-language page describes.
Legality and your responsibility
Online gambling law differs in every jurisdiction and changes over time. Some countries permit it under licence, some restrict advertising, and some prohibit it outright — online gambling is illegal in mainland China, for example.
